Whether it’s the good, the bad or the bizarre, the bastion of creativity that the internet has become is mystifying at times. And we’re not just talking about amazing cat videos. For all the pushing and pulling that music’s relationship with the online world, it’s become a particular art form in celebrating and creating music itself. To award the brilliance-meets-ridiculousness that the web and music encapsulate, MTV’s hosting the first incarnation of the O Music Awards on April 28 in Las Vegas. Voting begins today via the OMA website and through the OMA Social Feeds like Twitter and Tumblr.
