Yuck doesn’t sound like a band that would excel in melodic dream pop, but as we found out last month in Austin, they seem to have that concept mastered. The London-based quartet stopped by the Hive House during SXSW 2011, where they performed starry versions of “Shook Down” and “Stutter” for us and Yours Truly in a series of intimate performances dubbed In My Room.
