Baby I Will Leave You in the Morning by Marissa Nadler

Marissa Nadler’s made a career out of dreamy, reverb-soaked songs about heartbreak, cheaters, longing and, well, birds, with a voice designed for drinking and thinking. On the Boston singer-songwriter’s new single, “Baby, I Will Leave You in the Morning,” the formula ain’t changed much but sadness sure never sounded so sweet.

Nadler’s new self-titled album is out June 14 on her own Box of Cedar Records.
