This week has seen a renewed interest in the cult film Heavy Metal Parking Lot, a crudely shot “documentary” that depicted the cultural habits of heavy metal fans before a 1986 Judas Priest concert in Landover, Maryland. Why now? It’s the 25th anniversary. Snag Films has posted the original film along with a follow-up “Where Are They Now” mini-doc, but we plundered our own archives and found this clip from Headbangers Ball, where Jamey Jasta asks the British metal lords exactly what they think of this film.
