In this latest offering from German bass-masters Schlachthofbronx, “Chambacu” gets the remix treatment from London DJ Smutlee, stripping the original, messing with the tempos something fierce and adding a jet-fueled spike of his own pristine bass throughout. It’s a fine experiment in Cumbia rhythms and sly layering.
