Not much is known about Brooklyn multi-instrumentalist St. Lucia — he’s definitely not one of these two floating in the picture above — but we do know his debut single “All Eyes on You” sounds like a lost soundtrack to that ’80s high school prom you either never attended or long forgot about. It’s upbeat in its subtle mix of African rhythms and washed-out production, where stalker notions come through in the most genuine sense — like when you couldn’t stop staring at that special someone across the room, amidst a flurry of disco ball lights.

“All Eyes on You” is available on August 15 via 7″ and digital download. He’s currently working on a EP, slated for release on Heavy Roc Music.
