On Monday, rapper and terminal one percenter Kanye West visited the Occupy Wall Street protests alongside friend and fellow millionaire Russell Simmons. While Simmons addressed the crowd, West merely observed the protesters without either speaking or performing. Although it seems strange that West would show up at a protest like this, we went through history’s vast archives (Wikipedia) and discovered that West has been present at every single crucial point in history. Is West a hip-hop Doctor Who? A boss Benjamin Button? A not-disabled Forrest Gump? Who knows. All we know is this is a great sign for the protesters: If West is on your side, you will prevail.
