Tonight, Chevy Sonic presents Live in NYC with the Black Keys, who release their hotly anticipated new album El Camino tomorrow, December 6 (you can pre-order it here). The band — drummer Patrick Carney and guitarist/vocalist Dan Auerbach — sat down with MTV2′s 120 Minutes to talk about recording the album, and all the little things that come with being in one of America’s biggest rock bands: Posing against cement walls, filming the world’s most perfect music video, and making sure that foreign journalists realize you’re kidding when you reveal your crystal meth habit to them.
