Rustie and SpaceGhostPurrp Give Us Hope For Future Collabos

We sent Hive photographer Loren Wohl down to New York’s Santos Party House to see babyfaced Glaswegian producer Rustie play songs off his debut album Glass Swords. A$AP affiliate SpaceGhostPurrp, who has his own album scheduled for release on June 12, was a last minute addition to the show. But now that they’ve performed on the same bill, we can’t help thinking how awesome it would be if these two got together for some songs. Imagine Rustie’s lush, genre-spanning production underneath SpaceGhostPurrp’s “The Black God.” Scotland meets South Florida. Omnipresence meets omnipotence. Think about it while browsing photos from the show, below. Wohl also caught opener Kilo Kish (aka Kish Robinson), who may have been the only female in the entire venue.
