After teaming up with Earl Sweatshirt for “Between Friends” earlier this summer, Flying Lotus continues his association with the Odd Future crew by remixing Frank Ocean‘s “Thinkin’ ‘Bout You.” As you can guess from the title, “Binge Eating Without You (Unfinished),” the remix is a rough draft, but it certainly adds a new sheen to Frank’s lament. The original’s minimal vibe is fleshed out with chugging drums and shimmering synth lines woven throughout. Now, who’s ready for a full-length Brainfeeder versus Odd Future project?
