Though they’ve never penned any serenades or ballads, Nashville’s rock ’n’ roll act Turbo Fruits say their music is aphrodisiacal. “If I’m with another girl and the vibes start getting sexual, I turn on a Turbo Fruits record,” guitarist and vocalist Jonas Stein told Hive. “It’s been pretty effective.” And it’s not like they’re the only ones, either. R&B superstar Usher recently revealed to Oprah that he also enjoys “having sex” to his own music. So if you’re looking for a good, late-night playlist with a rock ‘n’ roll edge to listen to with that special someone,  Stein recounts the top five songs to make out to from their latest album Butter and beyond.

1. “Sweet Thang”

This bassline gives all of the Turbo Fruits boners and the chorus is climactic. You can climax from that song just by making out.

2. “Naked With You”

That song is there to help you lose all of your inhibitions and just go to town with your partner. It’s about wanting to get naked and it’s got makeout written all over it. The last time I made out with a girl to this song we shed clothing so quickly.

3. “Catch and Release”

It’s about setting the tone with your partner and it’s about a one-night deal, so as long as y’all are on the same page, making out to “Catch and Release” would be a lot of fun.

4. “She Said Hello”

If you want to set the mood a little bit, this is a good one. We’ve had people tweet at us that it’s going to be their wedding song, so it’s more like your wedding-time makeout jam.

5. “I’m Excited”

The song is about being excited about getting with your partner, and it’s there to help you drop all of your everyday rules and just go to town.
