Last week, we announced that Alt-J would perform as part of Hive’s Live in Boston series in conjunction with the Fenway Recording Series on December 9 at the intimate Brighton Music Hall. And it sold out immediately. But good news, Alt-J fans: on 12/12/12 the performance will stream in conjunction with MTV, VH1, CMT and Comedy Central’s “Big and Best of 2012″ live event, happening right here.

Along with Hive’s Alt-J performance, you’ll also get panel discussions with Stephen Colbert as well as performances from Hive favorites Metric and First Aid Kit. Tune in on 12/12/12!
