Santigold Releases a Song Called “Girls” for ‘Girls’

Fans of HBO’s hit comedy Girls who have been itching for the show to release its very own theme song now have reason to rejoice! Last night, Creator/star Lena Dunham tweeted news of the show’s very first soundtrack (featuring Robyn, fun., Fleet Foxes, and more), and with it, a new Santigold song entitled “Girls.” It has everything you want in a Girls theme song — sexy beats and the gratutitious repetition of the word “girls.”
